Jiri Prochazka's Extreme Mountain Adventures & Everest Goal | Arman Tsarukyan Warns Against Climb
UFC fighter Jiri Prochazka recently shared incredible insights into his past, extreme adventures, including a revelation that he once spent ten days alone in the mountains for training. The Czech fighter admitted to undertaking previous expeditions and treks impulsively and solo, often without extensive prior planning.
Prochazka elaborated on these experiences, explaining his approach: "I went to the mountain. The longest I was there was one and a half weeks. 10 days… You just go. You just take your bag. Take your stuff… And then you have to survive. I wanted to find some good place and be there and train and just be with myself, and that’s all." He acknowledged that these impulsive trips often led to dangerous situations, admitting, "Sometimes you just [look at the mountain and plan to climb it], and then you realize, man, I’m in a fu*king deadly situation, and I don’t know how to go down or how to survive. So I put myself many times in these fu*king situations.”
However, having faced numerous risks during his solo expeditions, Prochazka stated he now adopts a more professional approach. He prefers to join organized groups, start from a base camp, and utilize proper guides and equipment for his climbs. He emphasized this shift, stating, “That’s why I started to take it more professionally. If I go somewhere, I have a professional base and somebody who really knows [everything about mountains].”
