This victory was all the more surprising considering Belgium relied on an excellent Emma Meesseman. However, despite her scoring efforts, the Fenerbahçe player couldn't overcome the collective strength of the German team, fueled by the electrifying atmosphere of the Uber Arena.

To counter the Belgian star's performance, the German players had to step up. While Leonie Fiebich initially led the home team, scoring 13 points in the first half, her teammates took over after halftime when Fiebich struggled with her shooting.
