JL Bourg has made a historic return to the EuroCup final, marking their second appearance in just two years. Yet, JL Bourg showcased immense resilience, securing a hard-fought victory in Ankara (73-76) to force a decisive third game. They then brilliantly clinched the series this Wednesday at Ekinox with a commanding 94-78 win.
Following a closely contested first half (43-39), Bourg-en-Bresse significantly extended their lead after the break, propelled by an excellent performance from Both Gach, who contributed 21 points and 6 rebounds and was arguably the MVP of the confrontation. Crucial contributions also came from Adam Mokoka (15 points, 5 rebounds) and Darius McGhee (13 points, 7 assists), who had been quieter in Game 2.
