AS Monaco to Appear Before CNOSF on Thursday
The investment plan put forth by the American investment fund Helen Holdings, led by former NBA player Jamal Mashburn and backed by the Monaco government, is slated for presentation before the CNOSF this Thursday. This proposal aims to acquire the Principality's basketball club.
Previously, this plan was rejected by both the DNCCG (Direction Nationale du Contrôle de Gestion) and on appeal by the FFBB's (Fédération Française de Basketball) Appeals Committee.
"The conciliation session will take place via video conference, with a jurist designated by the CNOSF, the Monegasque club's legal counsel, and the various stakeholders involved in the case (LNB, DNCCG, FFBB) in attendance," the newspaper reported.
