The passing of a giant of Spanish basketball, Eduardo Portela
European basketball is in mourning. This Wednesday, the Liga ACB announced the death of its former president, Eduardo Portela, at the age of 91. Following Lithuania’s loss of Vladas Garatsas on Tuesday, it is now Spain’s turn to bid farewell to one of the leading figures in basketball in their country.
