Paris Basketball Finds Form with Decisive Euroleague Win Over Virtus

Sports News

In a Tuesday night Euroleague clash in Bologna, Paris Basketball emerged victorious with a commanding 103-82 win against a struggling Virtus team. After a brief slow start, the Parisians completely unleashed their potential, reminding fans of the excellent basketball they displayed earlier in the season under former coach Francesco Tabellini.

Now guided by his assistant, Julius Thomas, the Île-de-France squad delivered a truly complete collective performance. Nearly every player contributed on the scoreboard and saw more than 10 minutes of action (with the exception of Joël Ayayi). Notably, four players surpassed the 10-point mark: Nadir Hifi, Yakuba Ouattara, Sebastian Herrera, and Justin Robinson. This significant success allows the reigning French champions to leapfrog their evening opponents in the Euroleague standings, doubling them in position.
