Nikola Mirotic’s return to the court has been short-lived. After being sidelined for several weeks recently due to a plantar arch injury, the power forward has now injured his calf and will be out of action for an “indefinite period,” according to the Roca Team. He joins Terry Tarpey and Nemanja Nedovic on the sidelines.
This is another significant blow for AS Monaco, who were fortunate to have benefited from his contribution (14 points on 4/7 shooting) against ASVEL last week. However, the Monegasque club may have to do without him for the Euroleague play-in, a crucial juncture in the season for the Principality’s team.
