Following an outstanding season in Italy, where she clinched the championship title with Schio and also secured the Italian Cup and Supercup, Marième Badiane is set to return to Turkey. Having previously played for Fenerbahçe from 2023 to 2025, she has now signed with Beşiktaş, a rival club to her former Istanbul team.
During her initial stint in Turkey, Badiane already achieved significant success, including winning the EuroLeague, the European Supercup, and two Turkish championship titles. She will be aiming to replicate this success after concluding another strong season in Italy’s Serie A, averaging 7.1 points and 5 rebounds per game.
