Veteran UFC commentator Joe Rogan has declared former two-division champion Alex Pereira as the most devastating knockout artist in the history of mixed martial arts.
During his podcast, Rogan emphasized Pereira`s striking capabilities, stating, “Alex Pereira is the most terrifying kickboxer to ever compete in this sport. He is the type of fighter who only needs to land one clean shot to knock you out cold. Out of all the fighters I have ever witnessed, I cannot speak highly enough of this individual. This includes his kickboxing career as well! He possesses a level of power that surpasses anyone I have ever seen.”
It is worth noting that Pereira recently lost his UFC light heavyweight title in March to Magomed Ankalaev via a decision.
