Ian Garry recently offered a candid assessment of former champions Colby Covington and Kamaru Usman.
Garry stated that the sport is “moving away from the old and transitioning to the new,” suggesting that figures like Usman and Covington are just “trying to stay relevant.” He elaborated on this point, claiming they “are just trying to maintain relevance by talking in podcasts and mocking Paddy Pimblett.” Garry concluded his remarks emphatically: “That`s all they are now. They don`t want to fight. These guys are no longer fighters; they are done.”
