Veteran mixed martial artist and former UFC competitor Josh Thompson recently voiced his criticism regarding Arman Tsarukyan. Thompson specifically took issue with Tsarukyan`s apparent refusal to fight fellow lightweight contender Mateusz Gamrot.
Speaking on a podcast, Thompson recounted his reaction to Tsarukyan`s statements:
“I heard Tsarukyan’s words about Gamrot and thought: ‘Is it because you have money?’ He acts like he can do whatever he wants. You can just wait. You should have taken this fight! Especially as the main event of the evening. It simply makes sense.”
