UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski has addressed the possibility of his next fight taking place this summer against Yevloyev.
In a recent interview with Main Event, Volkanovski stated, “A fight with Yevloyev in three months? I need to assess a few things first. I`m quite confident that I haven`t sustained any fractures. If there are indeed no fractures and everything checks out fine, then a quicker return is definitely possible.”
Volkanovski recently secured a unanimous decision victory over Diego Lopez at UFC 314 in Miami, USA on April 13th, claiming the vacant featherweight title.
