During the ongoing Mutua Madrid Open tournament, several prominent WTA tennis players made a special visit to Real Madrid City. Among the stars present were Ons Jabeur, Camila Osorio, Demi Schuurs, Luisa Stefani, and Beatriz Haddad Maia.
Upon their arrival, the tennis athletes were greeted by members of the Real Madrid women`s football team, including Athenea del Castillo, Caroline Weir, Rikke Møller Jensen, Linda Caicedo, and Antonia Silva. This meeting took place just before the football team`s training session.
The players from both sports exchanged gifts and shared a memorable moment, celebrating the unique connection between football and tennis during one of the largest combined events in sports.
The Mutua Madrid Open, held at the Caja Magica, is scheduled to conclude on May 4.
