Renowned football journalists Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto (as reported by SOSFanta) indicate that Salah has already attracted substantial offers from several leagues abroad, particularly from Saudi Arabia. Inter Miami is not currently considered a contender. A return to Italy would necessitate a significant reduction in his salary, a willingness Salah has yet to demonstrate.
Italian clubs, including Roma, are lagging behind in the pursuit of Salah. Meanwhile, Juventus faces stiff competition from major English clubs for Tonali, with both Manchester teams and Arsenal reportedly showing keen interest in the midfielder. While a transfer for Tonali is plausible, English giants seem to be leading the charge.
Newcastle United reportedly values Tonali at approximately €100 million. Potential buyers are currently evaluating the feasibility of such a transfer. Although the midfielder might consider a return to Italy in the future, his current valuation makes him virtually unattainable for Serie A clubs.

For Salah, a return to a top-tier European league for a final significant spell before retirement seems more plausible than a move to Serie A, and even then, Roma would likely not be the top choice despite his history with them. For Tonali, a move to Juventus has always felt like an ambitious, perhaps unrealistic, aspiration, despite the club’s genuine interest. Achieving such a transfer would require Tonali to specifically choose Juventus, and the club would need to engineer a complex multi-player exchange, involving valuable assets, to come close to meeting his high valuation.
