Top UFC welterweight contender Carlos Prates has shared his prediction for the highly anticipated bout between welterweight champion Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena.
These two fighters are set to clash on May 10th, headlining UFC 315 in Montreal, Canada.
According to Prates, “I believe Belal is going to secure the victory in this fight. Jack is a formidable opponent, but his win against Kevin Holland was via split decision. He also defeated another fighter who is no longer with the UFC, and following that, he suffered a loss to Gilbert Burns before achieving a narrow victory in their rematch. While the win over Burns is impressive, it stands out as his most significant achievement. Conversely, Belal has a record of defeating numerous tough competitors. Personally, I would like to see Della Maddalena become champion, but I anticipate Muhammad winning, and doing so decisively.”
