NBA: Ousmane Dieng’s Career High 36 Points, Wembanyama’s MVP Push

Sports News

Ousmane Dieng achieved a new career milestone, scoring 36 points for the Milwaukee Bucks! Having moved from the Thunder to the Bucks during the NBA trade deadline, the French forward is now receiving significantly more playing time. Despite his team’s 119-113 loss to the Houston Rockets, Dieng shattered his previous personal best, also coming close to a triple-double with 10 assists and 7 rebounds.

Even more remarkably, Dieng’s outstanding performance wasn’t necessarily the best by a French player on that particular night. Victor Wembanyama continued to make his case for the NBA regular season MVP award, which he believes he deserves, by delivering an immense double-double against the Golden State Warriors, featuring 41 points and 18 rebounds.
