The race for promotion continues as eight clubs will compete for the second and final ticket to the Betclic ÉLITE. The path to the top division will unfold in two stages:
The Play-In tournament will involve teams ranked from 7th to 10th place at the end of the regular season.
Elite 2 Play-In Matchups
The Play-In games will be single-elimination matches, hosted by the higher-ranked team.

- Nantes vs. La Rochelle at 8:30 PM
- Denain vs. Châlons-Reims at 8:00 PM
Friday, May 22, 2026
- Loser of the 7th/8th place match vs. Winner of the 9th/10th place match
The two winning teams will secure their qualification for the Betclic ÉLITE Promotion Playoffs.
These four teams will then compete in knockout rounds, with the two victors earning their place in the Promotion Playoffs.
Promotion Playoffs Quarter-Final Matchups
- Pau-Lacq-Orthez (2nd) vs. Winner of Play-In 2 – Monday, May 25 at 7:00 PM
- Blois (3rd) vs. Winner of Play-In 1 – Sunday, May 24 at 7:00 PM
- Orléans (4th) vs. Vichy (6th) – Sunday, May 24 at 7:00 PM
- Poitiers (5th) vs. 15th team from Betclic ÉLITE – Sunday, May 24 at 5:00 PM
The Promotion Playoffs will then bring together:
- Teams ranked from 2nd to 6th place in ÉLITE 2,
- The two qualifiers from the Play-In,
- The club ranked 15th in Betclic ÉLITE, which will be fighting to maintain its elite status.
In total, eight teams will compete in this final bracket with one objective: to earn or retain a place in Betclic ÉLITE for the 2026-2027 season.
