Dominic Reyes: “I Might Be Back in October”

MMA News

Dominic Reyes, a former UFC bantamweight title contender, discussed his recent victory over Nikita Krylov and his future career aspirations.

“I was confident I would land that decisive punch,” Reyes commented. “However, I didn`t anticipate a knockout finish against Krylov, especially considering he had never been knocked out before. My initial thought was to hurt him with a strike, then gradually wear him down and secure a finish, but the fight concluded differently.”

“I dedicated myself to rigorous training for this fight. My preparation began two weeks after my wedding. Looking ahead, we will see what unfolds. I am considering a potential return in October, which would be ideal as my birthday is in December, and I would prefer to celebrate it outside of training,” Reyes stated.

It is worth recalling that Reyes achieved a first-round knockout victory over Krylov at UFC 314 in Miami, USA.
