The Connecticut Sun have parted ways with Migna Touré. Touré, who had limited playing time during her rookie WNBA season last summer, averaging 8.2 minutes per game over 18 appearances, was released by the Connecticut franchise on Monday. This move allows the team to trim its roster just days before the season begins.
However, the former Landaise player still has a chance to compete in a second season in the United States. Now a free agent, she can be approached by any franchise. The Sun had previously signed her last year after she was released by the Golden State Valkyries.
