UFC middleweight fighter Caio Borralho recently commented on a potential matchup between Dricus Du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev.
Borralho shared his prediction, suggesting that a fight between Chimaev and Du Plessis might be over sooner than Khamzat`s previous bout against Robert Whittaker. He explained his reasoning:
“Chimaev’s fight with Du Plessis may end quicker than Chimaev’s bout with Robert Whittaker. People don’t properly prepare for a fight with this guy. They think it will just be a wrestling practice. That’s not the case.”
Borralho acknowledged Du Plessis`s tendency to defy expectations:
“Let’s see how prepared Dricus will be. Every time I bet against him, this guy shuts me up. But I feel like it will end faster than in Chimaev’s fight with Whittaker.”
