Arsenal`s owner, Stan Kroenke, is planning a massive £8 billion investment, but it`s for his American football team, the Los Angeles Rams.
The 77-year-old has announced plans to develop a 52-acre “village” for the Rams, his NFL franchise.

The `Rams Village` in Woodland Hills, California, will feature a state-of-the-art training facility and headquarters for the LA Rams, along with an indoor entertainment venue, hotel, retail spaces, a grocery store, and parklands. The project is expected to take up to 10 years and cost £8 billion.
Kroenke stated his commitment to shaping Los Angeles` future, envisioning the Rams Village as a community hub with open spaces, entertainment, retail, and housing. He looks forward to collaborating with the city to realize this vision, creating the Rams` permanent home in Los Angeles.
The new Rams training facility will boast two full-size grass fields and a 150,000 square foot indoor practice field with seating for 2,500 spectators.
However, Arsenal fans have reacted negatively to this announcement, feeling overlooked.

Many Arsenal supporters believe that the club`s training ground, London Colney, which opened 26 years ago, is in dire need of modernization.
One fan expressed on social media platform X that while KSE invests billions in futuristic facilities for the Rams, Arsenal’s training ground remains outdated and lacks necessary investment.
Another fan questioned KSE`s priorities, noting the contrast between the Rams` state-of-the-art complex and London Colney`s “outdated, concrete-like pitches.”
Recently, Arsenal has been exploring options to increase the Emirates Stadium capacity. There are also plans for significant summer spending to strengthen the squad, targeting a striker, winger, and midfielder. Players like Viktor Gyokeres, Nico Williams, and Martin Zubimendi have been mentioned as potential signings.
