Kyle Walker`s estranged wife is facing accusations she was behind the wheel while not being in control of a £70,000 Mercedes

Police stopped her in Cheshire on June 8 of last year. This occurred as Kyle Walker was preparing to join the England team for the European Championship.

The charges indicate that the driver was in a position that prevented her from properly controlling the car.

The specifics of the accusations against her remain unclear.

Annie Kilner, aged 32, was also charged with using a mobile phone while driving, but this charge was later dropped.

The charge of not having proper control typically applies when a driver`s position hinders their control or view of the road.

This can include actions like eating, drinking, adjusting a navigation system, or changing music while driving.

The alleged incident took place months after Annie and Kyle Walker, 34, welcomed their fourth child and two days before he departed for Germany with the national team.

Previously, Annie Kilner learned that her partner had fathered a second child with Lauryn Goodman.

Annie Kilner denied the driving charge in November.

If convicted at Chester Magistrates` Court tomorrow, she could receive three penalty points on her driving license and a fine.

Her court appearance is scheduled just hours before Kyle Walker is set to play for England against Latvia at Wembley Stadium.

Representatives for Annie Kilner have been contacted for comment.
