The 2025 NCAA Men`s Hockey Tournament bracket is set, featuring 16 teams competing for the national championship at the Frozen Four in St. Louis.
Regional games commence on Thursday, with regional finals taking place on Saturday and Sunday. The Frozen Four is scheduled in St. Louis for April 10th and 12th. All tournament games will be broadcast on ESPN networks and streamed on ESPN+.
Automatic NCAA tournament bids are awarded to the champions of the six conference tournaments, while the top 10 remaining teams are selected at-large based on the PairWise rankings.
Boston College, the top overall seed, will participate in the Manchester, New Hampshire regional. Other top seeds include Big Ten champion Michigan State (Toledo, Ohio regional), Hockey East champion Maine (Allentown, Pennsylvania regional), and NCHC champion Western Michigan (Fargo, North Dakota regional).
Denver, the reigning national champion, enters the tournament as the No. 3 seed in the Manchester regional. UConn (No. 2 seed in Allentown) and Bentley (No. 4 seed in Manchester) are making their first-ever appearances in the NCAA tournament.
